Our thoughts become things. The only thing that stands in the way of achieving any level of success in life is ourselves, the way we think. Our thoughts are the problem. If we want different results physically, we must believe and think about different results mentally.
Our businesses grows only as fast as our personal development and mindset grows. Unless we are willing to change then we can't expect to be anything more than what we are now.
Who you have become or what you have achieved thus far in your life because of your willingness to change? Or to not change? Change is not easy. Building your home based business will not be easy but the rewards of doing it will be immense. Not only will you be rewarded monetarily but the change that will occur within you will be far more valuable. Plus the relationships you will develop with others all across the world will be priceless.
Dream Big - Remember this story?
Making your WHY big will cause you to dream again and will become your purpose to go out and do what most people will not do. One of the main reasons people don't succeed in network marketing is because their WHY, their reason for being in business, isn't strong enough to stick it out to get through the learning curve. If a person's reason is motivating enough then it becomes the driving force that causes a person to make the necessary changes within themselves in order to achieve success. They see the true potential of their business and they don't stop until they acheive it. They are not "trying it" they will "build it." Failure is not an option.
Develop A Strong Belief
I find it odd that most people have a stronger belief in someone else's abilites over their own. Why is that? In my opinion, belief comes from how we think of ourselves as I mentioned above. Those with a stronger belief are those who "think they can" not "think they can't". If you struggle with this then it is all the more important to spend time at, "Growing Your Greatest Asset - You"page. Unfortuantely, the masses seem to care so much about what "others think of them" that they actually become what they believe "others think of them." Not a very promising life.
Once again, if a person's purpose for doing this business is strong enough then they will quickly overcome their concern of what others may or may not think of them and they will be willing to do what it takes to succeed. They will be willing to learn and change their thinking, resulting in a more focused effort thus, their belief grows each day. However, the strength of one's belief is personal and can only be changed when one is willing to work on it. If it is your desire to attract "achievers" to your business then you must be an "achiever" yourself. Perhaps now is the time to work on it!!
Be prepared to be inspired. Here’s a warning... once you watch it, you'll never forget it. Most everyone gives up just one phone call away, one ad away, one conversation away from success.
Focus On The Positive
On a daily basis we are flooded with negative. The newspaper, TV and radio bombard us with news stories that we wished we hadn't read, seen or heard. Those are all things we can't control, unless of course you avoid the news altogether. But I believe we can control how we choose to feel about what we experience each day. Have we allowed all that is negative around us to blind our view of all that is wonderful about our lives and turned us negative as well?
When I am around negative people I feel my energy level decrease and I become irritable, impatient and pessimistic. Just like a rotten apple spoils other apples it touches so do negative people turn others into negative people . On the other hand, when I am around positive people, my energy, enthusiasm and optimism increase. A positive person is like a magnet, others are just drawn to them. Unfortunately, positive people are becoming harder and harder to find. Positive feeds positive and negative feeds negative. This business feeds off of positive.

CHALLENGE: Over the next week pay close attention and take note of the conversations you have and the people you have them with. Ask yourself the following questions:
Are the discussions positive or negative?
Do I feel better or worse from my discussions?
Do I tear others down or build them up by what I say?
Are those I spend most of my time with positive or negative people?
This exercise will most likely open your eyes to all the negative that goes on in your life. It will make you more sensitive to negative and help you recognize the difference you feel when you are positive.
Genuinely Care About Others
You have chosen a business that involves working closely with others. You can be the most intelligent, the hardest worker or even the greatest sales person in the entire world but success will elude you or will be short lived unless you sincerely care for others.
I strongly believe this industry cries out for honest, ethical and caring individuals but much of the time that is lacking. One of the other quotes I have adapted in my business life has been, "Others don't care how much you know until they know how much you care."
Become A Leader
Those who build businesses and incomes only others dream of are those who chose to become leaders. That doesn't mean you have to be a leader from the beginning but you must be willing to develop the skills to lead others. Often times that isn't the most comfortable position to be in but it is a MUST to being as successful as you desire.

A leader takes whatever time it takes to learn ALL they can about this business, the internet and will follow other leaders. Leaders, at some point simply just go build it and don't expect much. They know where they are headed and they are about moving forward as quickly as they can.
Help Others Become Leaders
One of the most difficult things I have encountered in growing a network marketing home based business is allowing others to become leaders. As I mentioned above, the only hope of true ongoing success in this industry is to spread your wings and become a leader and allow others on your team to do the same.
Quit when times get tough? What is failure? What is winning? How many times should
we look for solutions to our problems?

It is so hard to not do everything for a person, particularly in the beginning but all that really does is cripple a person and lessen their chance for success. Strengths are developed when one must do or encounter difficult or challenging things. Building this business is not easy but is worth it. Becoming a leader is not easy but it is priceless.
